By using SpinFun, you agree to the following:

1. You are over 18 years of age, or the age of legal adulthood in your jurisdiction.
2. You will only participate in challenges with fully informed, consenting partners. SpinFun is designed for use in trusting, respectful relationships.
3. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any activities undertaken as a result of this site are:
   • Legal in your jurisdiction
   • Safe for all participants
   • Mutually agreed upon
4. You agree not to use this site to promote, facilitate, or encourage any illegal, abusive, or non-consensual activities.
5. SpinFun is a platform for fun, connection, and creativity. The site does not provide medical, legal, or psychological advice, and all challenges should be interpreted in the spirit of mutual enjoyment.
6. You agree to use the site in accordance with these principles, and understand that failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of access.
7. By subscribing, you agree to any additional terms provided at the point of payment (e.g. refund policy, billing practices).

Safewords and Consent

• SpinFun is designed for adult players and relies on mutual respect, clear communication, and enthusiastic consent at all times.
• We recommend that all players agree on a safeword before beginning the game.
• A safeword is a clear word or phrase that, when spoken, immediately ends the current activity. All play must stop as soon as it is used.
• This applies to all levels of the game, but is especially important during the Steamy and Wild rounds.
• Use of SpinFun constitutes agreement to respect player boundaries and to honour the safeword system without hesitation or resistance.

Audio and Video Recording

• To protect the privacy and dignity of all participants, no audio or video recording is permitted during gameplay without the explicit consent of every player involved.
• This includes live streaming, screen recording, or taking photos of gameplay, dialogue, or interactions.
• Consent must be given clearly, knowingly, and preferably in writing. Assumed or implied consent is not acceptable.
• Failure to respect this policy may result in termination of access to the game and, where applicable, legal consequences under privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
